About pricing
Do the prices include VAT?
No, the amounts shown exclude VAT. VAT is shown separately on the invoice.
Is there a setup fee?
Web design and brand identity projects carry a one-off setup fee, shown as a separate line in the proposal. Subscription services have no setup fee.
Can I change package?
You can move up or down any month. The change takes effect in the next billing period.
How is payment made?
Monthly in advance, by transfer or card. Paying annually in advance gives you two months free.
What happens to the files if I cancel?
All source files and account access stay with you. We charge nothing for the handover.
